Return policy

At Frankie Mangoes, we want you to love our products as much as we love dogs! But if your product is damaged, misprinted, or simply the wrong product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Because our shirts are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns, exchange or refunds if you order the wrong size. If we deliver the wrong size, we'll send you the right size at no cost.

How to initiate a return or exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at frankiemangoes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Wrong address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You'll be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you, if applicable.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you'll be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
